Oops, no rates.  Why?   Asking what are the rates is akin asking the butcher, “How much is the meat?” One size does not fit all. The type, grade, amount, part of the animal, etc. determine the price.  Our rates are affected by the loan amount, the equity in the property (your down payment), your precise credit score, your job, when you are closing, the type of property, who will occupy the property and possibly even a few other factors.    Just call us, answer a few simple questions, and we will be happy to tell YOUR rate.
