REFINANCE FREE FOREVER   A refinance is the replacement of the existing debt with a new loan on a property you already own.  It has always been an integral part of our business.  We are proud that so many of our clients, many of whom date to our first few months in business in 1991 and 1992, have come to us to refinance their homes over and over and even over again.   We realize it isn’t our sparkling personalities alone that bring them back again and again.  It is cost, or lack there of.  A Revere Mortgage client can refinance their loan FREE forever.  There is no trick to this, but simple math.  We use part of the money that the lender pays us to do your loan to pay your closing costs!  We use OUR money to pay the costs, not yours.  Should you wish to pay the costs, we offer that option as well.   Closing costs in 1991 were approximately $1,200 on the typical loan of that time.  15 years later it is only approximately $1,500.  Our average loan in 1992 was $162,000; today it is nearly $400,000.  Inflation in price has been our friend.  We have also worked to lower the closing costs so we could afford to pay the costs.  We have created this cost effective synergy with our own title company.  This translates not only into a cost-free transaction for you, but one that is hassle free as well.  You will not have to worry about being confined to a busy and strict 9-5 schedule with some title company in a specific location.  We work with you to find a convenient time and locale.  Personalized service is our specialty!
